One of the prettiest things in ST Petersburg is the amazing facades of the buildings, especially at night from a distance the views can be breathtaking.
Sometimes we notice from a distance a facade of a building that just does not look right.
When you get an up close view of the building the farce is revealed, sometimes there is construction or remodeling of a facade behind the screen, other times there is absolutely nothing behind the screen. But the screen is lit at night and from a very far distance all blends in. So all things are not as they appear.
However this is exactly what it looks like, it is a man walking his two pet bears in the park. We see various pet bears all over the city that people show off for tourists and collect tips for honey.
