What on Earth is this about...?

Ok so this picture is from the beginning of the summer and our journey to Tallinn, however I never posted it at the time because I thought I would figure out what this advertisement that appeared on EVERY PUBLIC Bus stop was about besides just being interesting and disgusting at the same time. Alas 2 months later I still have no idea what this advertisement is for, but I do know that if you zoom in on some of the baby characters on this poster you will be disgusted, don't say you weren't warned.
