Something to Celebrate
I am pretty sure this sign at one of the walking bridges across the Moika Canal says, in fact orders people, not to smoke... That is a rare sight here in Russia.
If only people in St Petersburg had a history of respecting street signs and local administrative rules then this would be my new favorite place to stand outside.

We discovered it on the way to the Idiot, on the Moika.
I wanted to wait there a few minutes to get a picture of someone smoking under it, which is bound to happen if you wait there long enough, but alas I lost my patientce for the photo.
